Video Management Solution

The buyer requires a new video management solution with advanced video analytics and artificial intelligence functionality to enhance its existing IP security camera system across all district facilities. The requested scope includes providing software that supports facial recognition, zone monitoring, object and intrusion detection, smart forensic search, behavior analysis, anomaly detection, alerting and notification requirements, and integration capabilities. The vendor must deliver a solution capable of integrating with and supporting all existing district-owned cameras currently in service. To eligible to pursue this opportunity, the bidder must be a USA-based organization. The buyer requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. The buyer has not specified a fixed budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
