Medicare Billing Services

The buyer requires a USA-based organization to provide comprehensive Medicare Part A, Part B, and third-party insurance billing services offsite for long-term nursing care homes. The contractor must perform Medicare Consolidated Billing, follow CMS Consolidated Billing requirements, and adhere to mutually agreed timeframes for billing submissions and information exchange. The buyer expects the contractor to retrieve billing-related data, including census information, from the Homes as needed. Additionally, the contractor must offer hands-on assistance to review complex claims, pending resident certifications, and funds detained by third parties. The contractor must also assist the Homes upon request with Medicare billing reviews, claim appeals, and audits, including RAC, UPIC, SMRC, TPE, and MAC audits. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Interested vendors can submit responses digitally by email or online. The buyer will hold a pre-bid meeting on September 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions by September 24, 2026.
