Youth Empowerment Activities Organize and Host Services

The buyer requires a vendor to organize and host youth empowerment activities designed to build protective factors against substance use and related harms. The selected vendor must perform planning tasks, including securing venues, obtaining necessary training, conducting marketing, mitigating participation barriers, and enacting safety policies. Within 60 days of the project start, the vendor must begin facilitating activities, helping participants set goals, providing resource connections, tracking attendance, and making needed adaptations. Additionally, the vendor must collaborate with the agency on process and outcome evaluations and develop a project sustainability plan. Eligible bidders must be US organizations, and the work will occur offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and offers a one-year contract period. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
