Regional Photography and Video Shoot Services

The buyer requires a UK-based vendor to provide regional photography and video shoot services performed offsite. For each authority area, the vendor must supply a minimum of 50 final photos in WebP and JPEG formats, shot wide or in format choices suitable for design and advertising. The vendor must also deliver at least 10 minutes of b-roll video per authority area without audio or soundtracks to serve as stock footage. Video requirements include wide shots with formatting options for variable digital edits, blending destination establishing hero shots and dynamic experiential video that showcases key products. The vendor must provide relevant asset right documents, including model releases, property releases, artist licences, and film permits. The buyer seeks budget proposals directly from bidders. Only UK onshore organizations are eligible to apply. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 28, 2026.
