Adoption Month Event Services

The buyer requires adoption month event services to increase community understanding of the county's children awaiting permanent adoption. The buyer needs a vendor to provide an indoor, handicap-accessible venue with free parking to accommodate up to 200 people from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which includes two hours for preparation. The venue must feature a guest sign-in area, dedicated meeting or seating space, a microphone, an optional podium, and media access for speakers and event promotion. Additionally, the vendor must supply sufficient staff, indoor games and age-appropriate entertainment, and a celebratory luncheon with unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. Eligible vendors must be USA-based onshore organizations. The vendor will perform all work offsite and must comply with state and federal workplace, health, and safety laws. The buyer has not specified a budget and is looking for proposals.
