Employee Assistance Services

The government authority in New Jersey seeks a USA-based vendor to provide offsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for approximately 150 Commission employees and their families. The buyer requires EAP services focusing on mental health, substance abuse, and intervention. Requested scope includes offering evaluation and short-term problem resolution services for one to six sessions, mandated evaluation and counseling, emergency evaluation and referral, and Critical Incident Debriefing services. Additionally, the selected vendor must conduct employee orientation and training sessions, deliver annual supervisory workshops, prepare a supervisory guide, consult on policy statements, and supply promotional materials to Human Resources.
