The buyer needs a USA organization to provide peer support specialist response services for overdose emergency calls in Maryland. The scope requires Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS) to respond in person to all county overdose-related emergency calls within one hour of notification by emergency services. Responders must immediately assist individuals and household members with resources, treatment options, and peer support. Additionally, the vendor must supply Naloxone with instructions to interested household members and furnish the CPSS with appropriate technology, such as a cell phone, laptop, tablet, or printer.
