Digital Waste Collection Calendar and Resident Engagement Platform

The buyer requires a digital waste collection calendar and resident engagement platform. The vendor must deliver a platform and native mobile applications for iOS and Android that support collection schedules, reminders, service alerts, educational content, push notifications, multilingual support, and a waste wizard. The software must enable the buyer to manage collection schedules, edit waste wizard content, publish targeted emergency and non-emergency notifications, schedule awareness campaigns, and export performance reports. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore vendors located in Canada only and expects offsite performance of the work. Interested bidders must register on the Issuing Authority website to download the unwatermarked RFP. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 14, 2026. The resulting contract period will run for one year.
