Restaurant Operator Services

The government authority in Florida seeks a vendor to provide complete restaurant operator services. The selected operator must develop and implement an approved restaurant concept, brand, menu, service model, and customer experience. The scope requires coordinating during final design, construction, equipment planning, pre-opening, inspections, and facility activation. The vendor operates the restaurant during approved hours, manages food and beverage services for events, and supplies all necessary staffing, management, inventory, food, beverages, operating supplies, and smallwares. Additional obligations include maintaining all required permits, licenses, insurance, cleanliness, sanitation, grease management, equipment care, and reporting. The operator must also collect and remit all applicable taxes, fees, rent, revenue share, and utility reimbursements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work performance will be offsite. The buyer expects proposals to define the budget. The buyer will hold a pre-bid meeting on September 17, 2026, and requires all questions by September 25, 2026.
