Hamilton, NJ seeks a USA-based vendor to provide professional landscape inspection services on an as-needed basis determined by the Township Planner. The required scope includes inspecting completed developments, such as subdivisions, retail developments, and office buildings, when a developer or owner petitions for a bond release. The selected vendor must inspect developments and stormwater basins to verify that the quantity of deciduous trees, evergreen trees, shrubs, perennials, and basin plantings matches the approved plant schedule and landscape plans. The vendor also needs to conduct site inspections to evaluate site preparation, material delivery, and the progression of installed materials. The buyer requires the vendor to perform the work offsite within the vendor's office premises. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and requires vendors to submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026. Only USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity.
