Engineering Consultant Services

The Orleans Parish School Board seeks an engineering consultant to deliver professional design services for a three-year contract in New Orleans, Louisiana. The required scope includes existing conditions assessments, programming, project scoping, cost estimation, project design, bidding, construction administration, and project close-out. The winning vendor must perform work onsite and provide a design team with various sub-consultants, including architects, environmental engineers, civil/site engineers, structural engineers, kitchen consultants, acoustical consultants, energy modelers, theatre consultants, landscape architects, surveyors, and roof consultants. Eligibility requires an onshore, USA-based organization. The District looks for proposals to determine the budget and reserves the right to reject any or all responses. Key dates include a virtual pre-qualifications meeting on September 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. CDT, and an electronic submittal deadline on October 8, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. CDT.
