The Housing Authority of the City of Vineland requests proposals for a one-year contract to provide general legal counsel services in Vineland, NJ. The selected vendor must serve as legal counsel in court proceedings and litigation, compile evidence to formulate defenses or initiate legal actions, and prepare legal documents including contracts, leases, petitions, depositions, answers, and motions. Additionally, the buyer needs the vendor to advise managerial staff on legal rights, obligations, and applicable laws, while providing legal advice and assistance regarding contracts, leases, development agreements, redevelopment projects, and other legal instruments.
