Board Attorney Service

The Housing Authority of the City of Vineland, New Jersey, requires a vendor to provide board attorney services. The selected onshore USA organization will serve as legal counsel to the board of commissioners on board governance, fiduciary responsibilities, ethics, and legal compliance. The scope includes attending all requested board meetings, providing legal advice, and reviewing agendas, resolutions, policies, bylaws, and governance documents for legal sufficiency. Additionally, the vendor must deliver orientation and governance training to newly appointed commissioners upon request. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Vendors must submit any questions no later than September 28, 2026. The buyer accepts digital response submissions via email or online, and the buyer seeks proposals regarding the budget.
