Organizational Culture and Team Development Facilitator Services

The buyer requires a U.S. organization to provide onsite organizational culture and team development facilitator services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must design and facilitate four quarterly staff development sessions for approximately 35 employees, including management staff. Facilitation topics must cover organizational culture, specifically accountability and workplace relationships, as well as communication, specifically effective workplace communication and giving and receiving feedback. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 24, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposal submissions regarding the budget, and vendors may submit their responses digitally via email or online.
