Germany - Video Production Service

The buyer seeks a video production service in Germany to plan, conceptualize, and produce campaign media content. The selected vendor must collaborate with the organization to create a creative concept, storyboard, and script outline, while defining visual tones, motion graphics, subtitles, and voice-over needs. The required scope includes producing a 1.5 to 2-minute main campaign video combining interviews, voice-overs, motion graphics, animations, and provided footage. Additionally, the vendor must create 4 to 6 short-form social media videos (30 to 60 seconds each) adapted for vertical, horizontal, and square formats on X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. Eligibility is restricted exclusively to onshore Germany organizations. The contractor will perform all work offsite.
