Medical Sponsor Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide medical sponsor services for children within a school. The selected medical sponsor must designate a primary liaison and assign staff to serve as clinic coordinator, immunization coordinator, privacy official, quality assurance coordinator, laboratory coordinator, and medical director. Responsibilities include providing staff administration and supervision, delivering primary medical care, performing sick and well child exams with associated treatments, and offering culturally and linguistically appropriate services during responsive hours. Additionally, the medical sponsor must manage medical records, share client charts for care continuity and data reporting compliance, and submit claims to health plans. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations, and the work will occur offsite. Digital responses may be submitted by email or online, and the buyer is currently looking for proposal budgets.
