This service forms part of a thematic training pathway within the authority's capacity strengthening and learning plan. The program must build participants' foundational understanding of humanitarian advocacy and policy influence, strengthen their confidence and practical skills to engage government representatives and stakeholders, help them communicate evidence and humanitarian priorities persuasively, and strengthen their ability to support principled action and humanitarian access. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore qualify for this opportunity. The contractor will perform the work offsite.
