Civil Legal Needs Assessment Services

A Florida government authority requires a vendor to perform offsite civil legal needs assessment services. The buyer seeks a USA-based organization to identify factors obstructing legal assistance access, evaluate current delivery gaps, explore pro bono expansion opportunities, and determine effective community outreach strategies. To complete this work, the vendor must execute research and data collection, including trend analysis of case data, regional civil court case data involving pro se litigants, census data, state and county information, and demographic data. Furthermore, the vendor must conduct a gap analysis comparing civil legal needs against existing pro bono and service provider offerings, ultimately developing actionable recommendations to enhance the buyer's services, outreach, and partnerships.
