Accountant and Project Attorney Service

The government authority in Hinton, West Virginia, seeks qualified vendors to provide accountant and project attorney services. The selected accountant must perform financial services related to the project, prepare the Rule 42 Exhibit, and assist with the application. The project attorney must deliver general legal services, assist with the application, complete necessary title work for construction rights-of-way and parcels, and review all contract and related documents.
