Funding for Homeless Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide 2025 funding for homeless services benefiting homeless individuals and families for a Missouri government authority. The requested scope encompasses funding for bed nights, case management, counseling, emergency shelter, mortgage or rent payments, transitional living, and other basic needs such as food and clothing. To qualify, bidders must be a United States organization, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget.
