American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter Services

The buyer requires a USA-based vendor to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter services for a three-year contract period. The selected provider must deliver both on-site and remote, real-time and pre-recorded ASL interpreting to ensure complete communication access for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Requested services include interpreting undergraduate and graduate academic courses, lectures, labs, workshops, extracurricular activities, administrative meetings, and campus events. The vendor must coordinate, schedule, and assign qualified interpreters who follow professional standards of conduct and confidentiality. Additionally, the buyer requires timely responses for last-minute or emergency requests to maintain uninterrupted service if an assigned interpreter becomes unavailable. Prospective bidders must submit all questions by September 25, 2026. Work performance will occur either on-site or offsite, and the buyer currently seeks proposals to determine the budget.
