Medical Sponsor Service

The buyer needs a USA-based vendor to provide medical sponsor services for a school-based health center. The selected medical sponsor must designate a staff manager as the primary point of contact and liaison. Through weekly clinics, the vendor's designated staff must provide primary medical care to children within the school district, including sick child exams, well child exams, and associated treatments within a licensed primary care provider's scope of practice. The medical sponsor retains ownership of all medical records, which remain subject to confidentiality policies. Performance of the work occurs offsite for a contract period of one year. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit questions no later than October 1, 2026. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online.
