The buyer requires a vendor to deliver national talent buyer and show production services. The selected vendor must provide consultation, offer diverse artist options, and develop an approved talent plan featuring budget and program projections. For the annual county fair, the vendor must secure three to five nights of national act main stage concerts within established timelines and budgets. Upon buyer approval, the vendor must review, amend, and sign talent contracts. Only USA organizations performing work offsite are eligible for this opportunity.
