Drone Light Show and Pyrotechnic Display Services

The City requires a vendor to design, produce, and deliver a coordinated day drone light show and pyrotechnic display for agency day celebrations. The performance must last a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes in total duration. The selected proponent must manage full project delivery, including regulatory approvals, permitting, transportation, setup, technical expertise, staffing, equipment, safety planning, site coordination, and teardown. From a creative standpoint, proponents must submit a fully developed concept with a detailed storyboard outline and thematic narrative integrating local identity and Day themes. Proponents must also participate in in-person or virtual presentations, design sessions, and supply visual simulations or video renderings. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore Canada organizations, and all work occurs onsite. Bidders may submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
