Corporate Appointment Setting and Outreach Services

The buyer seeks corporate appointment setting and outreach services to support domestic business investment marketing trips and ongoing agency business retention efforts. The national and diversity business investment divisions will conduct approximately five market outreach trips, requiring eight to twelve appointments per trip with senior corporate officers from a target list provided by Market Intelligence. The consultant will assist in setting appointments for targeted retention-based meetings once it receives the target list. The buyer requires the consultant to provide a dedicated phone line and email address for communications. To be eligible, the bidder must be an onshore US organization, and all work will be performed offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
