The buyer requires a vendor to provide custodial operations and maintenance services for a government authority located in Lillington, NC over a one-year contract period. The required scope includes vacuuming, sweeping, dusting walls and ceilings, emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, and refilling paper products, soap, and deodorant dispensers.
