Commercial Custodial Services

The Department of General Services in Richmond, Virginia, requires commercial custodial services for multiple state buildings and parking facilities within the Capital Square complex in downtown Richmond. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite. Requested tasks include emptying trash receptacles, moving recycling to designated areas, cleaning receptacles, and replacing liners. Staff must dust and damp wipe spillages and stains on high-reach areas, baseboards, radiators, partitions, and various office, medical, and dental furniture. The scope also requires vendors to vacuum and spot clean upholstered furniture to remove finger marks, smudges, and stains. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit bids. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 29, 2026.
