The buyer requires janitorial services for a government authority located in Covington, KY. The contractor must spot clean glass on all entrance and exit doors and between offices, clean mirror glass, vacuum all carpeted areas, empty trash cans, and install new liners. Additionally, the contractor must clean, sanitize, and polish all chrome fixtures on sinks, toilets, and urinals. Performance of the work will take place onsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget, and the contract period will run for one year.
