Feasibility Study Service

The government authority located in Ontario requires a vendor to provide a feasibility study service on expanding law enforcement through legislative and jurisdictional pathways. The buyer expects the selected vendor to employ strategic approaches for designing governing models, service delivery, and resource management options. Additionally, the vendor must develop capacity-building plans matching self-government priorities, link political direction and service delivery through policy development and law-making for a national system, propose implementation options for a national vision, and promote new ways of doing business. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore Canadian organizations. The contractor will perform all work offsite. The buyer accepts digital submission responses through email or online portal.
