Comprehensive Road Infrastructure Condition Assessment and Renewal Strategy Service

The buyer requires a comprehensive road infrastructure condition assessment for identified roadways and a strategic renewal plan for the university road infrastructure network. The contractor must access and utilize GIS data, synthesize field observations with GIS data and laboratory testing results, assess infrastructure performance, deterioration trends, and failure risks, and provide formatted, structured, GIS-compatible input and analyzed data alongside a prioritized renewal and rehabilitation strategy. The work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations.
