Strategic Plan Development Consultant Services

The buyer requires a professional US-based firm to deliver strategic plan development consultant services. The selected vendor must facilitate, create, and deliver the agency's next strategic plan alongside an accompanying work plan. For the requested scope, the vendor will conduct a background review and environmental scan, incorporate community engagement and survey data, and host visioning workshops with board members and staff. Additionally, the vendor must host public meetings or focus groups with external key stakeholders, build out strategic priority and goal areas, and draft both the final written strategic plan and work plan. The buyer requires offsite work performance from onshore US organizations only. Vendors can submit proposals digitally through email or online.
