Carnival Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to professionally administer and operate three days of carnival rides, games, and concessions for a festival. The selected vendor must equip and operate a minimum of twelve carnival rides, game booths, concession stands, food booths, ticket booths, and ATM machines, while also handling pre-sale ticket sales. The festival features live music, magicians, a kids stage, children’s activities, and various food and craft vendors. Work performance requires onsite delivery, and eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The contract period spans one year, and the buyer requests proposals for the budget. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026.
