The buyer requires a vendor to provide general merchandise and associated services. The requested scope includes appliances, non-instructional audio and visual equipment, cafeteria service support items, facility maintenance and custodial supplies, and furniture. Additional required scope items comprise industrial equipment and tools, material handling equipment, medical equipment and supplies, office supplies and equipment, refrigeration parts, supplies, and accessories, as well as rental services. To meet eligibility requirements, the bidder must be a USA-only onshore organization. The buyer mandates that the performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, as the buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. The buyer requires all questions to be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
