The government authority in Stockton, CA requires a consultant to provide professional appraisal services on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor must perform appraisals, appraisal reviews, valuation analyses, acquisition-related valuation services, and related consulting assignments. Assignments will support various real estate transactions, including affordable housing development, acquisitions, rehabilitation, ground leasing, refinancing, and grant or loan underwriting. Partial and full acquisition appraisals require complete narrative reports adhering to applicable local, state, and federal laws, funding program requirements, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and the buyer's specific scopes of work. To be eligible, vendors must be located onshore within the USA. The selected consultant will perform the work onsite throughout a one-year contract period.
