Destination Management Services

The buyer requires a USA-based vendor to provide destination management, event logistics, exhibition decorator, and related services performed offsite at the vendor's office premises. The requested scope includes attendee shuttle services, various vehicles including accessible transportation, VIP and executive transportation, and transport for special events, tours, and site visits. Furthermore, the vendor must handle route planning and testing, transportation manifests, vehicle staging and dispatch, signage, accessibility planning, onsite staff, dispatch communications, and contingency vehicles and drivers. For special events and convenings, the scope covers venue identification and sourcing, site inspections, event design, entertainment, and catering support. The buyer accepts proposals for the budget and requires all questions by September 29, 2026.
