Film Commissioner, Model Assessment and Film Production Framework Development Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide film commissioner, model assessment, and film production framework development services. The selected contractor must perform the work offsite. Requested duties include conducting a countywide jurisdictional and permitting assessment, creating a database, and compiling an inventory of at least 30 film-ready or potentially film-ready locations across diverse settings. Additionally, the vendor must develop public-facing film production resources, establish production tracking and baseline measures, build agency and industry relationships, evaluate future film commissioner models with cost estimates, and deliver a final report with project handoff. To qualify, bidders must be an onshore US organization. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the project budget.
