Government Relations Advisory Services

The University seeks an experienced Canadian government relations firm to provide government relations advisory services and strengthen its capacity to advance institutional priorities. The successful proponent must deliver senior strategic counsel, political and policy intelligence, established networks, access to decision-makers, and targeted advocacy. Specific duties include providing assessment and strategic advice, developing relationships, and advancing federal priorities with provincial governments, First Nations governments, national First Nations organizations, and other key public-sector decision-makers. The buyer aims to build strategic partnerships and strengthen understanding of its unique mandate and national role among government audiences. To qualify, vendors must be an onshore Canada organization, and the successful bidder will perform all work offsite. The buyer requires proponents to submit proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 5, 2026.
