The buyer, a government authority located in Taos, NM, seeks a USA-based professional engineering firm to provide comprehensive engineering, assessment, planning, design, and technical support services for the Las Cruces Dam infrastructure. The selected vendor must perform the work onsite to establish a framework for dam safety, emergency preparedness, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and capital planning. Requested scope items include infrastructure and dam assessments, surveying, data collection, technical investigations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, dam-breach analysis, and inundation mapping.
