Court Involved Youth Service

The government authority in Cook, IL requires a vendor to provide court-involved youth services to keep youth aged 10 up to their 21st birthday in the community and out of the juvenile temporary detention center. The vendor must supply the facility, staffing, transportation, and administration for reporting centers, regardless of identified gender and with no exclusionary criteria. Requested scope includes offering programming that addresses social determinants of health, engages youth in pro-social activities, teaches skills for positive behavior change, and provides support services to reduce non-engaging behavior.
