The agency seeks a United States-based vendor to provide commercial real estate brokerage services for its main office building and other agency-owned or controlled properties in Texas. The selected broker will represent the agency as the Landlord's Broker to market, locate, identify, and secure qualified tenants for available commercial space, including office, retail, warehouse, and industrial uses. Key duties include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating property marketing materials, and conducting outreach via real estate platforms. Furthermore, the vendor must identify, solicit, and qualify prospective tenants based on business operations, space requirements, financial qualifications, and intended uses. The broker will also prepare market analyses and leasing recommendations comparing rental rates, operating expenses, tenant improvement allowances, concessions, and lease terms. Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer requires an onshore USA organization and requests proposals regarding the budget. Vendors may submit responses digitally by email or online.
