The buyer requires an on-demand remote American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter service via a secure video remote platform to support accessible communication between city staff and the public. The platform must operate from city-approved devices and multiple city sites under one corporate account with minimal administration, fast connection times, technical support, and usage reporting.
