Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Grant Service

The buyer requires a vendor to deliver coordinated family and community engagement grant services. The selected contractor must provide services that address the developmental, social, emotional, and community support needs of young children and their families to foster healthy development, reduce caregiver isolation, and promote early learning success. Additionally, the contractor must conduct targeted outreach using a variety of methods and languages to ensure the highest-need populations of children and families receive information and other supports. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to USA organizations operating onshore, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is seeking proposals for the budget and requires vendors to submit all questions no later than October 5, 2026.
