Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade Live Broadcasting Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to sponsor and provide live broadcasting services for its 2026 Christmas events, including the Christmas Tree Lighting and parade. The selected vendor must advertise the tree lighting ceremony, Merry Lights, and parade on its regularly scheduled programming and digital outlets, including its website, social media, and apps, for at least two weeks before each event. Additionally, the vendor must broadcast both the tree lighting and parade live from the event sites, provide emcees for both occasions, and supply all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials.
