Laguna Madre Water District requires employee uniform supplies and services for its location in Port Isabel, Texas. The buyer needs uniform services alongside the efficient customization, alteration, and delivery of all worn uniform components, including employee work shirts, work pants, and managers shirts. Performance of the work occurs onsite or offsite. Only United States organizations are eligible to participate. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and accept any proposal deemed in its best interest. Bidders must submit two physical sets of sealed proposal documents in a letter-size envelope to the Purchasing Manager at the main office in Port Isabel, Texas, by 2:00 P.M. on October 2, 2026. The buyer strictly prohibits facsimile and electronic submissions.
