CDBG Residential Program Inspector Service

The Town of Hamden, CT requires CDBG residential program inspector services for 1-4 family dwellings. The selected vendor must conduct interior and exterior residential property inspections, prepare detailed inspection reports within one week of request, and create repair specifications with cost estimates within one week of request using accepted Architectural Standards. Additionally, the contractor must meet with Town staff, property owners, and contractors to coordinate CDBG program requirements, resolve periodic inspection findings, provide expertise on housing and building codes, and deliver technical services for housing initiatives.
