Paper to Digital Document, Records Scanning, Indexing and Conversion Services

The buyer requires paper-to-digital document and records scanning, indexing, and conversion services for district records, including student, human resources, and accounting documents. The selected vendor must prepare, scan, and index documents into a digital format, preferably PDF, that supports full-text search using optical character recognition software at a clearly legible resolution. The vendor must store and index all converted digital files on a locally or cloud-hosted Integrated Electronic Data Management System and organize the scanned documents to make them searchable by various criteria. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations and requires offsite work performance. Vendors may submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 15, 2026.
