Student Affairs Strategic Plan Service

The buyer needs a project partner to provide student affairs strategic-planning consulting services for a one-year contract period. The requested scope includes three phases: conducting an initial review of existing data, focus-group findings, and leadership input to create a preliminary framework; constructing an elaborated strategic plan draft through further meetings and information gathering; and finalizing the plan by facilitating feedback from agency and community partners. The buyer requires delivery of the refined final plan to leadership no later than March 1, 2027. The completed plan must connect the agency and partners, provide implementation guidance, and establish a framework for assessment, annual reporting, budget alignment, and resource development. To eligible for this opportunity, the bidder must perform the work onshore within the USA, utilizing a combination of offsite and onsite performance. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget and requires all questions to be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
