RFI for Event Administration and Management Services

The agency seeks information on available products, potential implementation approaches, support models, and preliminary pricing structures for event administration and management services. The requested scope covers year-round countywide programming across all agency branches, including live theater, music, dance performances, storytelling, cultural demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on arts education for patrons of all ages and specific communities. Desired outcomes include a fully insured performer roster, timely performer payments, reduced administrative overhead for agency, Public Works, and Auditor-Controller staff, and increased booking capacity and program frequency. The agency anticipates a one-year contract period and requires proposal pricing. Eligibility requires onshore work within the USA only. The vendor will perform work both offsite and onsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 7, 2026.
