IT Strategic and Operation Plan Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide an IT strategic and operation plan service for a three-year contract period. The selected vendor must assess current IT services, systems, infrastructure, and staffing, and develop a future-state IT strategic and operational plan. This scope encompasses enterprise IT strategy and governance, cybersecurity, operational IT service areas, educational awareness and change management, an AI strategy, a performance measurement framework, and a prioritized roadmap. Vendors may perform the work onsite or offsite. The buyer accepts proposals from Canadian organizations only. The buyer is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026.
