Custodial Service

The buyer requires custodial services for a government authority facility located in Oklahoma. The selected vendor must perform floor care, including vacuuming carpets, spot cleaning, sweeping, dust mopping, and damp/wet mopping after moving furniture and equipment. The contractor must empty, clean, and sanitize wastepaper baskets and paper shredders, replacing them with clear translucent plastic liners. Additional responsibilities include cleaning glass doors, windows, hardware, frames, blinds, drapes, and door saddles. Once per week, the vendor must clean, sanitize, and polish drinking fountains, as well as dust and clean low-reach and high-reach areas, including furniture, baseboards, windowsills, HVAC registers, light fixtures, and shelving. The buyer specifies an onshore (USA only) eligibility requirement and requires onsite work performance. The contract period spans one year, and the buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 8, 2026.
